As a twice Coventry university graduate I have to say...

She's made a great choice, all my friends from Warwick uni loved their time there, recommend living in Leamington instead of Coventry when she makes the move off campus!

Coventry isn't too bad but has some rough bits, most places people live in when at warwick uni are Kennilworth which is a nice small town, Earlsdon which is a subburb of Coventry now, one of the nicer ones!

I lived in Earlsdon for 4 years myself and quite liked it, it's only a 10 min cycle from earlsdon to campus, but best to find the signed cycle route to avoid the A45 dual carriageway (40 limit but coventry drivers can occasionally think they're in a Fast and Furious film)

There is a bus link from campus to Leamington, regular service buses to and from Earlsdon and Cov centre.
They had stopped allowing students from parking on campus but this was a few years ago now.

The sports centre at Warwick has a swimming pool and climbing wall if she's into either of those activities
