I don't race, so know nothing of this training lark of which you speak. But you're giving it a go. Good lad, keep it up (and I've still got a fiver on you).Well the first week of my new training plan is done and i enjoyed it but there is a few tweaks to be made but apart from that its been great hopefully i'll see improvements when it comes down to races next year.
To do what?......and I've still got a fiver on you.
To do what?
Originally to win his first race, but that didn't happen. I'm now shopping around for some odds on the 2019 TdF.To do what?
Probably the same odds as Jo Brand winning a track omnium gold at the next Olympics.Originally to win his first race, but that didn't happen. I'm now shopping around for some odds on the 2019 TdF.

UPDATE
2 months have gone by and i have made progress without a doubt. I have been on rollercoaster of thoughts espically since its been the winter and i would not have been out on the bike .
I did think that i was going to be i doing the same thing week in/out but i was wrong as my coach has really made it varied.
I have had 2 weeks out of training due to illness where i have been bed ridden.
Well hopefully i can do some good racing if i am recovered in time for the 11th feb
It wasn't 14 days straight 1 week in december and last week but all is well now.If I was bedridden for 14 days I would be careful about racing so soon.
