Update to my 530 now thrown turbo settings out completely!

The other night I was on my turbo when a message appeared on my Garmin 53o telling me to install an update. I did so without thinking and as soon as the update went through the turbo went haywire! Suddenly became much harder to pedal and now this morning it is ridiculously inaccurate - giving me 22 mph at 50% of my FTP! Has anybody else had this issue and does anyone know how I can

You need to include the turbo make and model, what plan or simulation (Zwift, Trainer Road, Sufferfest) you were using, if any.

Then someone might be able to help
