Hi everyone wanting some advice about upgrading my cadd9 cannondale racing bike wheels the bike has a pair of shimmano rs and was thinking of spending maybe £200 on a pair of lighter faster spinning wheels something like eastons, mavic or fulcram wheels.

Any sugestions welcome?

You've answered your own question - anything which is lighter is an upgrade (when going uphill at least). Fulcrum Racing 5s, Mavic Ksyrium Elites, Easton EA50s etc fit the bill, but then you should also get a pair of decent tyres which will probably add £50 to your upgrade.

Also have a look at the next grouping circa £350 - Fulcrum Racing 3's , Campagnolo Zonda's and Easton EA70's etc.

They are lighter and will have better hubs - personally I'd save up for the a better pair.
