I've done it the other way around i.e. thin gloves with disposable gloves over the top.

It makes a huge difference to me. Couple of weeks ago, my hands were so so cold after 1 hours riding, it was absolute murder.
I think the disposable gloves stop the heat loss with the wind.
I use Chiba gloves...when the going gets cold..they're less than perfect![]()
gavintc said:I agree that it is worth thinking outside the box on this one. Look at the ski market for gloves if you have a real problem. Like Chris, I too suffer from a dodgy little finger from frost nip and need to keep it warm. Personally, I got some 3 finger lobster mitts when I was in Canada.
