Hi,

I have a single spoke that has come loose from my front wheel. I can't get it replaced until Wednesday but wanted to do a session on the turbo trainer today.

Do you think it will be okay to do so? I know there are risks for regular riding with a spoke missing - are these risks increased or decreased if wheel is stationary?

Really appreciate any help or guidance anyone can provide.

Thanks
Matthew

The front wheel on my turbo trainer bike has a gap in the spokes I can get my head through. Been using it for years.

Just get on the turbo. Will make no difference at all.
