UV arm screens for long skinny arms?

As the thread title, I have matchsticks for arms with little muscle definition, but slightly longer than 'normal'. Being redheaded, I prefer to keep my arms covered in the summer with UV arm screens, preferably black, but I haven't been able to find any that will stay up. I have some GripGrab ones which my wife has tried cinching at the top but it doesn't work (they still slide down) and it leaves the arms a little baggy. I've tried dhb, Endura and Galibier, but they are all too wide. Small or X Small might fit but they would be comically short. Does anyone know of any that might fit? I think they need to be quite stretchy, high UV resistance (50) and preferably black. Purpose made might be a solution but I don't know anyone.

Castelli sp50 armwarmers - OH and I both have them, the Small size fits her slim arms, I can't get them past my elbow! Don't know if they will be long.enough though

I really wouldn't waste money buying a name brand. I bought some a few years ago from Amazon and got 4 pairs for £6 or something and are excellent. Sorry I can't remember exact ones but they do the job great. They are one size fits all jobs, so long and stretchy so if skinny not issue as tight fitting but are fine on my arms(which are nicely muscled thank you).

I'm not sure if they were these but similar. The ones I have have thumb hole at wrist to hold in place.

I've always had good success with Ale Sunselect sleeves.
I too have very 'cyclist' arms, but I don't know if mine are long as such, probably more average, which will always be the challenge with clothing, as they fall into the smaller is shorter assumption in the main.
I have a few pairs, and they have silicone grippers at both the top and bottom iirc. For me, those grippers at the top are essential, as unless you have a big bicep, your arm just gets thinner as it goes towards the hand, so something with no gripper will always gravitate south.

A caveat is I have seen some bad reviews, but I've never had any issues at all, I wonder if some of the reviews might be about how roughly they are taken off and stressing the stitching etc - just a hunch.

Back in the day I could often pick these sleeves up for £8 a pair, but those days are LONG gone.
Another more expensive option to covering your arms completely, would be to go for a more modern aero jersey, as they tend to have a longer sleeve, and therefore your arm sleeve wouldn't need to go up as high.

I do also have, and rate the Castelli versions, both for arms and knee sleeves.
Material on all of these items is understandably thin, so ime they do need to be treated with care if you want them to last.

These are available on AliExpress:

I've got two pairs of these (black and white) and wear them all the time as they're not too thick and are very stretchy so should fit even the slimmest of arms! For reference my arm length (arm pit to wrist) is 45cm and they fit perfectly.
