Cooked lunch for the Mrs
Homemade rosemary & garlic focaccia with baked Camembert
T bone steak cooked medium rare, dauphinois potatoes & Parma ham wrapped asparagus with a red wine sauce
Tiramisu
Nice to have a meal we could share together
The wife was drinking champagne and I had a nice Italian red
Rather full now, might be a couple of hours before I dig out the Barry White CD🙂❤️

Oh - and - currently cooking Roast Chicken dinner for me and SWMBO
it's basically what she likes
in a restaurant she wants fillet steak - but doesn't want it at home
in a restaurant she can be quite adventurous - as long as it doesn;t involve much in the way of vegetables - at home - scouse, cottage pie and sausages from the butcher are her favourites
and roast dinner

you just have to work with what you have!!!!

Just finished Chicken Dinner

worked perfectly!!!!
