Tricross as bought: dusty, muddy and dirty from being stored in my work's bike cage for 18 months, including rusty chain. Note the brake cable taped along the top tubeand it had all sorts of brackets on.
Tricross now: new chain, cable properly replaced, thorough clean and lubricate. It's all fine; just dirt and grime covered by dust. Only one paint chip which has now been repaired. Prepped for commuter duty next week.
I'm pleased with this - and I think it's a bargain buy.
An absolute bargain you have had there, hope you enjoy riding it as much as I enjoy mine.
