Hi Guys,
I'm a noob to cycling (other than the odd sunday) I've ordered some road tyres (semi slick) to put on my mountain bike rims. I'm going to start road riding more often including some commuting to work so it makes sense to get a tyre for the job.
While I'm changing the tyres I thought I might as well change the inner tubes as the ones in there at the mo are probably 10 years old, for the price it seems rude not to!
The current inner tubes have the schrada valve but I'm hearing that the presta valve are better in that they hold the pressure more consistantly.
So my question is; can you fit an inner tube with a presta valve to a rim that has a hole for the scharda valve?
Hope that all makes sense!
