Looking for the following as I'm rebuilding my CAAD but I'm missing some gear.
  • SPD pedals
  • Hollowtech II tool
  • Hollowtech II BB
  • 27.2mm Seatpost in black (hopefully matching the stem)
  • 1"1/8 Stem, ideally 110 or 120mm and black (hopefully matching the seatpost)
  • Possibly bars to suit the stem but the one I've got may be ok, don't know yet.
  • Note: Seatpost, stem, bars must be aluminium. Not interested in anything carbon.
I will need a set of gear cables and brake cables at some point, and there's probably going to be more stuff as I go along but I can't think right now.

Let me know if you have any of the above and we'll see if we can have a deal 👍

biketart on ebay are currently very keen on pricing - I've just got an SM-BBR60 (Shimano Ultegra) bottom bracket for under £11 (granted with post paid as part of a larger order and using a 15% discount code that may or may not be available to everyone). Sans code stuff's cheaper on their website..

bikeparts.co.uk are usually very competitive on tool prices.

Ali express is good for stems, seatposts and sometimes bars. You can source direct from Kalloy / Uno, whose rebranded products can be found on most bikes as OEM fitment and are typically lightweight and excellent value.

I recently got a single-piece forged seatpost for about £17 and a lightweight forged stem for about £12 IIRC. If you don't like the branding it can be removed with acetone..
