Velodrome track bike

Has anyone got a Planet x full carbon track bike? They seem cheap compared to similar bikes.

Yeah, I have the chance of buying one second hand for £500. I don't see any other Planet X bikes at my local velodrome, so I wasn't sure and there's not a lot of reviews online either.

I have a Holdsworth Roi de Velo, which is their revised one.

There's lots of PlanetX track bikes at Manchester and Derby track leagues still. £500 seems OK if it's got decent wheels.

Looks like someone sold the wheels separately and put whatever on?

It's an older model as it's got the bare carbon. @Peter Salt - The wheels may be original; I've a pair of PlanetX tub wheels that look the same.

Price-wise it's probably about right unless you go searching on the Track Cycling Sales FB page (nothing on the atm) or eBay. You'd not lose much if you chose to re-sell, if anything.

Many won't have because it can prevent them being used for indoor velodrome activities.
