Aggravating bore magnet

Brother's wedding reception yesterday evening in London so, in the day thought I'd visit a few bikeshops of which Velorution, specialising in European town bikes/Pashleys was the first.
Not that big, but an impressive selection of the unusual, including a Danish Biomega shaft-driven bike and a Retrovelo with creme coloured "Fat Frank" balloon tyres. Also a few Bromptons and Azors. There's also a workshop downstairs. A customer there took a Pashley for a test ride: I have to say, Pashleys look much better close up than they do on the internet and not just the Roadster - all of them have a solid quality look and the price seems reasonable compared to similar bikes, especially as they are made here. Unsurprisingly, the customer was impressed and bought it.
Well worth a visit if you like that sort of thing (and I really do) if you happen to be in Central London.
