Venge headset siezed

Hi.

Any ideas on how to remove the aero dust cover cap thing on a Venge its seized to the stearer tube, i'm guessing its siezed due to sweat.
Ive tried GT85 and its stuck solid and apparently its supposed to just slide off

Remove the front wheel, place forks on a wooden block or similar, use wood drift against dust cap and give it a good clout with a mallet.
