A Black Watch kilt can be had for much less than one of those fancy yankee non-kilts.

Get some beer and kebab stains on it and it becomes informal very quickly.

I wash mine every two years and make a soup from the water.

Ninety quid is a bit steep for a bit of casual wear...

Wow - they've got my* tartan for less than £40. I'm almost tempted.

*as in, my several greats grandfather followed the then family tradition of joining the army but when he left he settled dahn saarth rather than returning home, so my own Scottish connection is somewhat remote. But those of you who have LeJoged (or LonJoged) have probably cycled past our Clan museum at Latheron.
