Very easy to catch the sun

I was out on the bike early this morning to make the best of the quiet roads, it was a bit windy but not cold, I had a short sleved jersey on, was out for a couple of hours and was back home by 11am

Got home and took my jersey off and noticed this tshirt tan

Its amazing how easy it is to catch the sun, did not realize it was that warm.

From March onwards, I always use factor 30 sunscreen, but still end up with a tan!

My sunscreen application last weekend was so slapdash I ended up with burnt knees, burnt inside of left arm, burnt outside of right arm, and my right calf was a bit burnt, too. I never learn. But that was 6h45m in the saddle, not just a few hours.
