It wasn't. She specifically asked for a pipe and support kit for her eighteenth. It was a hoot watching her fuel up her Zippo and lighting her first pipeful. No lungs were coughed up during the inaugural pipeful.

I am so impressed! The first time I lit a ciggie I nearly choked to death. It's probably a different experience though.
