In this I break down the scenario, distances and speeds. I also note down hazards I encountered. Not technically commuting but the hazards are the same. I had my father behind me at the time so the middle one was a PITA, luckily he was clever enough to keep a distance behind me, a less experienced road user might have gone into the back of me.
