You seem to be interpreting my post wrongly.
Never said anything about waiting for every tipper truck did I? Where? That truck would have had my spidey sense tingling, even if I'd been in the car and not on a bike.

I just thought it was a sarcastic joke aimed at the amount of lorries there are.At least that's how I took it.

Scarey. Truck driver should be identified and disqualified for 12 months. He won't be of course. Indeed, even with Yahoo publicity, pretty much certain that nothing will be done.
