Vintage Claud Butler mountain bike hand made in England

Could any one tell me what this bike is worth,it’s my friends who is in his 70 ,and I would like to sell it for him.

It’s an early mountain bike from the eighties. It’s looks to be in good condition. Before the COVID thing I’d say about £100 but now new bikes are becoming increasingly hard to get hold of so buyers are turning to the secondhand market, you could maybe add a premium of 50% to that, perhaps more.
Look on eBay, Gumtree etc to see what similar bikes are going for.
Is it all working as it should and ready to ride?

As @Cycleops said, mountain bike prices (in particular) seem to be going up on eBay.
It may be just me, but I think it would attract more bidders without the mudguards and rack? More of a sporty look for isolation exercisers?
