In case anyone wants an update...This was her a couple weeks ago.

I wanted to keep the original parts in tact as much as possible. I'm now pretty sure it's a Dawes Windrush from 1959. As well as a good clean and degrease, she had;
-Restored saddle (original Brooks)
-New cables and vintage style housing
-New bar tape (Brooks microfibre)
-Dawes decals
-Lugs lined (first attempt - be kind!)
-Suicide levers and rear rack removed
-New tyres(Panaracer Pasela 27x1 1/4)

Nice project. My advice is not to line the lugs unless you're really, really good at it. Nothing looks worse than poor lug lining, and even some manufacturers were rather lacking in this area.
