Thought I would share pictures of one of my bikes. Just been stripped down re-greased, new cables, bar tape, tyres. Just waiting for the chain.
Any advice on a good quality chain.

I always use what ever is on offer at either Halfords or Chain reaction , bike looks nice

Comfy armchair to one person & a plank to the next
KMC X is slightly better IMO for not much money, about as good as SRAM. Someone tells me Wilkinsons is putting TAYA chains in their own-brand boxes again but I'd look inside the box before buying.

Most 5-8 speed chains would be fine on that bike I suspect.

Those are cheap and cheerful :smile:. I have Regina as an upmarket alternative from campyoldy but I think he has sold his stock on?
