Vintage Shimano 600 SIS downtube replacement advice

Hi I have the following downtube shifter, see link

One of the shifters is worn, the bolt after a few gear changes using the shifter , it comes loose. For a replacement would the following work, looks the same, see link below:

I don't see why not. Any 6 speed DT shifters should work OK.

I have spare down tube shifters if you’d like one. Where-abouts are you?

I would seek a solution from the bay rather than pseudo vintage ones from all express.
But first find a different bolt 4.5 or 5 and see if that unscrews too: maybe the bolt from the left hand side.
Then I'd go back to current with medium threadlocker, and try that, using a screwdriver to tighten the bolt (but bear in mind the screw is steel and the lever boss (per your link). Mine is a steel boss brazed to a steel frame so 'no limits'.
