My mate 'Boring Pete' used to deliver statements devoid of useful information and expect his listeners to draw meaningful conspiratorial conclusions in accord with his own - a lot like Arrowroot in fact. Folk got fed up with the twenty questions routine that they had to go through to get what he was getting at. Boring Pete's circle of friends has shrunk to single figures.

I trust Arrowfoot has done the right thing and reported said colleague for breach of the OSA. As there are financials involved, perhaps the City Users should take a look too although 5 years later is probably too late for them

OSA applies to things that are factual. Reporting this would have drawn amusement. Anyone in business knows how Branson operates and it is not something that is hidden.

OSA relates to anything learned whilst in the employ of HM Govt. The sharing of that information with anyone who isn't a signatuary of the OSA and doesn't have a need to know is a breach of the law. The watchdogs used to like easy cases like this one as it would remind the rest of us that we're being watched

Virgin have killed 4 people with their spaceflight programme and are 8years overdue their original date for commercial sub orbital flights, and aren't currently even at the airborne testing stage, I'm sure every other Virgin enterprise is in top health though.
