Vitus bottom bracket

Anyone know where I can get a replacement bottom bracket for a 2022 Vitus Energie EVO CR CX bike. It came with a TRiPEAK 386-24
BB 386EVO for 24mm axle. Chain Reaction recommends this: https://www.chainreactioncycles.com/.../prime-bb386...
However it needs an adapter for the 24mm spindle, something like this: https://www.chainreactioncycles.com/.../prime-bottom...
However people have said online: This adapter does not allow enough room for the GXP spindle to fit into the non drive side crank.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately Vitus just point you to Wiggle and CRC, the distributers. CRC advised me to get a Prime BB, got it today and it needs adapters, still waiting on their reply to what adapters...

Can you return the BB and get the right one, i.e., BB386 for GXP instead of DUB?

Its expensive but top of the range, has anyone used these guys?

It says it's for GXP so why would it not as long as what you have is GXP?
