Vitus nucleus 27 brake upgrades

Due for some pads on my tektro hd-m275 not sure whats best to get that would be a good upgrade to the standard?

Also thinking of getting bigger rotors but not sure if they will fit? Currently 160 back 180 front

Basically want to upgrade without having to buy a whole new set, they aren't terrible but feel like they could be better

They should perform reasonably well but if you feel they're not up to snuff try some new pads but if that doesn't do the trick you might like to swap the calipers out for some better Shimano stoppers.
180/160 is pretty standard set up.

What pads would you recommend? No idea when it comes to this

Not sure what's available for them, any sintered pads should do but if you feel they are lacking and have been from day 1 I should look for some better calipers.
