Well, lets be honest, he is.

Before the self appointed moderators and those who can feign astonishment have an attack of the vapours and suggest, nay, demand, that this thread be moved to SCandP this is intended as a bit of a lightheaded celebration about Vlad, not a serious political discussion (although doubtless the usual suspects will try and turn it into one).

One feels a greater need to demonstrate his masculinity than the other, that's all the photo shows me. In my experience, the need to display masculinity tends to be as a result of an insecurity about it.
