Cleaning my bike last week after being caught out in a short, sharp shower I removed my Wahoo speed sensor. On re fitting, the rubber strap snapped. :cursing:
Contacted Wahoo through their website, apologies made and a new strap arrived this morning. No fuss just proper service. 👍

Credit where credit is due, it is the true mark of any organisation as to how they manage a problem.
 
Had similar issues with a HRM bought through Wiggle, strap split so started a return with Wiggle, then found there’s no stock to replace the whole thing. Contacted Wahoo, couple of emails, the a new complete unit arrived through the post. Just need to buy a replacement strap and we’ve got a spare HRM.
Always have great service from Wahoo

Slight thread resurrection to just add a remarkable bit of customer service from Wahoo. My mate's Kickr Core started getting some paint blistering on it. He told Wahoo. They picked up his core and the next day delivered him a brand new Kickr as they didn't have any spare Cores in stock.
 
I've had a good support experience with them, too. The strap on my HRM died (after about 3-4 years of use and abuse). They sent me a new strap in the post no quibbles, with apologies that it will take approx 3 days due to courier delays!
