thanks everybody .It's been a great day .this getting on is 'cool'.61 years young .I have blown the diet .Half a block of dark chocolate .Three lattes .A bottle of Theakstons Old Peculiar .A massive meal at Pizza express.Loads of greetings on Facebook .A mesage from my 'family' in Nigeria and a private message from one of the Pastors at Vineyard church .Which actually brought me to tears .I don't handle praise very well .Got the most amazing jersey .The Caisse d'Epargne Spanish champions jersey .I saw it once on one day of the tdf last year .And three cd's of Tamla Motown music .Awesome .
