Yup he lived in Teddington by the river and worked up the road at Teddington studios ( next to the weir stream/pool for the lock )
At the risk of taking this all together too seriously, ducks and geese generally differentiate on size and structure. Typically ducks are smaller, but big ducks (like the Egyptian and the native Shelduck) are almost as big as a small goose species. Geese have longer necks than ducks, although not as long as swans
