I am  48 year old newbie Road cyclist, so not used to the body positioning, i recently foolishly cycled 30 miles, most against a head wind,since then i have a problem with sore ribs,back , sternum and basically my stomach has not felt right at all, hence no exercise at the moment and a trip to the docs probably tomorrow. Is it possible i have just committed the cardinal sin and gone to far to soon and with probably incorrect bike positioning.
