Wanted: 16" forks with 1 1/8" threaded headset.

I'm looking for a pair of forks to suit a 16" wheel that have a 1 1/8 threaded headset.... at a push I don't mind threadless and I will get a die from Tracy Tools, but would prefer threaded. Need to be 100mm OLN not 75mm...

Does anyone have anything?
