Wanted: short quill stem

I'm looking for a short reach quill stem for my vintage bike? anything less than 100m. Thanks.

sorry for the dealy. I believe it is 85 mm circumference or 26,27 diameter, not sure tho!

what I mean is that I measured it using a tailor's measuring tape instead of using an vernier scale which I don't have and it would definitely be more precise. Since there are some very close sizes, like 25.4 and 26.0mm this method of measurement can easily give incorrect result. If the stem was a 31.8, then it'd be a no-brainer.
