Wanted: SRAM R/H shifter

Preferably Rival but other models considered. I only need the RH shifter but if you have a set going for a good price I may be swayed.

Not really... They are expensive! The 105s come with a full cable set for 133, so will be cheaper than SRAM. I found a standalone RH shifter for 135 best price, so Shimano is a no brainer, as I have a spare rear mech already (the two brands are not compatible).
