WANTED: Starter road bike for reasonably lanky little sister

My little sister struggled through a sponsored tag-triathlon a few months ago on a Halfords MTB, and much to everyone's surprise (including hers) she enjoyed it so much that she's signed up for a 100k night ride in London next May.

BUT, she's acknowledged that the MTB will be a heartbreaking slog. So she's in need of some sort of road bike, but the budget is low, very low. So if someone has a bike that needs a little love then I'd be interested.

Height – 5ft 7
Inside leg – 32
