I once forgot socks and pants when I got to work. Normally keep spares for when I do forget but had forgotten to bring them back in. Fortunately there is a supermarket nearby I bought a 3 pack of each which now sit in my locker.

The other day I put my buff on and then forgot to put my helmet on.

I forgot my lid last week.

cant think why, I just realised about 3k in that I didn't have it on.

I sort of know why I did it.
I'd just got the buff out of the tumble drier and I put it before I went to the bathroom, got my coat, bag etc. Usually I put it on at the door and get my helmet at the same time. I think it felt like I had my hat on already lol.
I was half way to work when I thought it felt a bit breezy. d'oh!

I thought it was going to be about splitting seams etc. I was thinking about one lady I once saw on my commute that I ought to have told that her leggins were becoming (well had already become) see-through! I just couldn't bring myself to tell her and found the earliest opportunity to pass her instead.

Thats the one rule I disagree with. It's for lazy cyclists who go round saying they did 100k today, when it's just 62 miles. Just sounds more/faster.

Shhhh....Don't tell everyone

I have to admit I'm a recent convert...probably something to do with my recent Strava addiction. I still have issues trying to visualise what a kilometre looks/feels like.

Yeah, it's like I was seriously impressed with a rider who was talking about maintaining 30-33 for about 15min on their new TT bike... until it transpired they were talking about km/h...:headshake:

I forgot under crackers the other day so had to go comando.
and just yesterday I got to work and realised I hadn't packed shirt or trousers so had to quickly jump in a loan car and fly back home to get them, funny thing is i managed to get to to work twice that morning and still not be late when another member of staff manages to be late everyday.

I've occasionally forgotten to take my towel into the works shower.

I'm always surprised how little bog roll it takes to get you dry.

I simply never ever take home the last of anything, so I always have a spare.

I have a simple rule, I have enough stuff in the office that if I walked in stark naked after a week of living in the wild I could be ready for a meeting with the boss in 20 mins.
