Well, I've often heard on here how people have been cycling, struggling a bit and then they suddenly feel like they're using different legs as it all suddenly becomes so easy. Although at the time I was reading it I couldn't really relate to what they were talking about!
But, yesterday morning and again in the evening it finally happened to me. I was about 6 miles into my commute and it suddenly just became so much easier, like I'd been loaned someone else's legs (someone who is so much fitter than me!) and it felt great!
So, if any of you were struggling on your rides in and home last night and can't understand why then I'm sorry, I think we swapped legs!
I'm actually putting it down to being SO prepared for my commute yesterday in the foods I ate and when I ate them, but whatever it was - long may it continue!
