Washing machine woes

Our Miele x 2 lasted over 25 years between them, but when M2 died we made the decision not to get M3 and now we have JLP1 (Actually AEG in drag) and very good it is too. Reasoning was that we* could get much better washing performance for our spend by going JLP mit der bells und whistles than at the bottom of the Miele range, and because ours were so very long-lasting, their actual performance had been long-superseded by the time the buggers actually gave up and died.

*This term only used in a collective responsibility sense for this is the domain of Mrs BF

There are two types of people

1 Those who only look at the manual as a last resort

2 Those who don't

There are those that study the whole manual in detail

then have a meeting based on the contents of the manual to discuss further actions
and assign ongoing responsibilities in order to produce a plan to solve the problems using methods detailed in the manual

the schedule another meeting to discuss a date to start the action plan to solve the problem
