How often do you wash the bike?

This winter I'm not washing my bike because a clean bike discourages me from cycling in bad weather.

Every other ride if not after every ride. By cleaning I mean a squirt with a hosepipe and a quick rub down followed by a mickling of the chain

I try and do it at the end of each week, mid week I might wipe it down however I don't always have the chance as it is dark when I leave and dark when I get back.

Every single ride they are washed, dried, polished and lubed.
Even have a wash kit at work.

If its wet and muddy after a ride we clean and lube the bikes, if its a dry day and the bikes are still relatively clean, its just a lube of the chain........in winter its some light oil, summer months the chain and cassette get a really good soak in white spirit and once dry I go back to PTFE spray lube for the chain, seems to attract less dirt than the oil.

Fairy liquid, a soft brush and an old bar towel and about 5 buckets of water strategically launched in the right direction every 2 or 3 weeks.

JtB i know how you feel,i see the clean bike and think is it worth getting it dirty again!

So far i've been cleaning mine weekly, it'll get dirty throughout the week's rides then the weekend ride. I'll clean it with car cleaning soap, a sponge and 2 brushes to get into the hard to reach places and the wheels. I'll use muc off chain cleaner on the chain, derailer and casset! But around the pedal to frame joint i don't know what to use!
