Hello all.
New to the forum, but not to cycling. Cycled sparodicaly mainley to commute on and off over the last 15 years or so and a bit with the family, but they have just opened a large chunk of the Exe Estuary Trail and I am now up to 100-140 miles a week. My two girls (6 and 10) managed the 24ish mile round trip to watch the racing in Exter last week so I must be doing something right.
