Had a bit of a mishap with a fallen tree across the road on my way in this morning.

No sure what happened, but seem to have taken the back out of my helmet and bent the saddle sideways at 45-degrees.

Pain in left shoulder, ribs, pelvis, ... and groin - I think that is connected to the new saddle angle!

Takes about 10-mins to get up the stairs.

Oh well, no cycling tomorrow I guess.

    Take care!

    Ouch as above

Pain in pelvis = trip to A&E in my book

    (Unless you’re a woman and it’s that time ;) )

  9. Plus a blow to head combined with "not sure what happened" says concussion to me.

@Alien8, get yourself to the A&E now! An ignored head injury could have you waking up dead.
