Waving at Cav

We took a ride out today to wave the flag for Mark Cavendish competing in thexPost Danmark Rundt cycle race. He saw us and waved 😁 If anyone thinks Denmark is all flat, they should see the closing stages of todays race.

We were on a large roundabout well off the road. Suspect he was p' d off with someone in the peleton.

In Jan 2014 I was in Spain with German friends. We’d just reached a Vuelta Col and stopped for a pee. The Quickstep team arrived not long after. They also stopped for a pee. The manager remarked about us beating his team up the col. We remarked that we’d set off two days ahead of them. Mark wasn’t there that day as not feeling well.
