Wayfair (online) furniture.....anyone used them?

Like many I prefer to support actual shops.
Struggling to get a couple of matching items we want I came across this online store.
They have what we want and the prices are very good.
I Googled customer reviews and (if they are genuine) the vast majority are V Good.
Any CCrs dealt with them ?

Yes, very good. Bought a bed from them this year and very good quality. Customer service very good as well. One of the plastic fixing brackets arrived broken and they sent replacements by the next post. Would use them again

They are just like amazon, hit or a miss depending on who is actually supplying the furniture , my experience was poor, needed a small sideboard, went for black high gloss, pack came missing a part and part damaged, 4 days and the parts were sent, replacement part was damaged, another 4 days and another part arrived damaged, just used it as could not be arsed dealing with them any longer.
Had to sit the sideboard away from the window where it was to go originally because the daylight showed up the damage, got some money back also, wont be using them again.

We use them regularly at work (I'd estimate around 20 times / month) and they are indeed very good. On the occasions we've had an issue (a bar stool with a broken leg just last week, for example) they're quick to replace and collect. Occasional problems are inevitable in any business, it's how they're dealt with that counts.
