There's also the good old Daily Mash. Far better read and 100% more accurate.

Nah. Just linger around newsagents and when someone picks up the DM you say "Why, you must be a racist!"
I know what you're thinking of, but believe me it wouldn't have the expected effect, not in good old sleepy Burgess Hill. More than likely the good citizen would just just stand there agape...

Well, in that spirit - I had a lovely ride earlier today, and I've not long ago finished a scone with clotted cream.
There, that's a bit fluffeh, at least.

Got back from mine this morning, camera full of video (uploading now), had a nice hot shower, coughed me guts up and had spreadable cheese on toast. If I were to die of a heart attack, I'd have died happy.

Went to a splendid concert last night at the Brighton Dome - LPO with Sofya Gulyak as soloist, performing Rachmaninov 3. Out-of-this-world performance! The audience gave her a standing ovation afterwards, and she deserved it! We are watching the new Martha Argerich in the making, methinks.

And to cap it all she chose to play the ossia, a daring move...
