I actually laughed at the thought of a goat adoption as a gift! My wife would kill me if that was her surprise gift! Each to their own I suppose.

When I got the gist of a fab watch from her I did begin to have second thoughts...... but she guessed (again how the F*** do you guess that?) and was really excited about it.... I might buy an actual goat (good life stylee...) for the garden for her birthday...... free milk and no more mowing the lawn..... winner all round

Been buying my own for years. Then I give it to the missus or kids to wrap and return on the day.
Works for me, this way I never end up with stuff I don't want/need.

That's what we usually do but this we THOUGHT we would do surprises........... never mind maybe next year....

Inkjet ink is expensive though. Probably best to print it at work though, if you can get away with it

Well obviously its a bale of hay..... innit

Only Kidding (see what I did there?).... its a mug with a picture of a goat with the slogan 'Goats are the Greatest!' and a canvas tote bag with a picture of a goat wearing a sambero..... so sort of a 'Tote Goat Hat Bag'

Okay i realise you all think I'm now totally barking..... (or bleating)

Some pajamas (non goaty) and a bottle of wine will complete the selection of presents......

Only me and the animal charity woman know this information so how the F***K she did she guess this? I couldn't deny it as the total look of astonishment on my face told her she was right!

All I could reply is.... "well I'm not telling you its name......" I have bought some goat related merchandise to with it (which I am keeping secret) and she is (honestly over the moon) really happy and was hoping I would adopt one for her..... He's quite close so we can visit him a few times next year then transfer the adoption in to our son and neice's joint names.....

I had a goat once in Sudan. Goat steak is really nice. Don't tell your wife!
