It's going to get wet tomorrow with a considerable drop in temperature.
Make sure, if you go for a ride, to dress appropriately.
It's easy to get chilled with detrimental consequences with a large drop in temperatures.
This applies particularly to beginners with little experience and the more mature riders who might feel the effects of drops in temperature.
Me?...............I'm taking a rest day and doing some fettling.

Yes, I am going to use my mountain bike and do a local off road trail instead of the usual 25-30 miles on my Sirrus. Going to dig out my old rubber protected bib and kecks.

Had my first day of non stop rain coming to work this morning since coming back to China. There was also a drop in temperature but that was not too bad, however the oily/sandy dirt that accumulated on me and the bike was excessive and it took me 20 minutes to get things reasonably clean when I arrived at the office. Not a happy Hector ATM.

Think im going to have to invest in a turbo trainer this is my only day off for another 5 days and its a right off as far as getting any miles in. i think there should be a thread in the beginners section warning people that if they think the bikes are expensive, wait till they tot up the costs of everything else
