Since Xmas I have been using the following website which gives you an indication if its going to rain in your area, A quick look before you go for a ride you can see where rain is falling at the present time and an animated display of the direction its moving. Over the Xmas period when we had bad weather the site was opened fully in the premium mode.

I also came across this one which will give you the Sunrise and Sunsets for your area throughout the year plus the weather, ideal for planning the long 100+ milers.

I have never found weather forecasts to be particularly accurate so I don't watch/listen to them.
Recently however I had a builder in who said things like 'we're goung to do x today because it's going to stop raining by eleven' , and he was usually right. I don't know where he got his info from though.

Rain today is very accurate since it is showing you what has happened and then leaving you to extrapolate the what happens next.

There is a "forecast ahead" button in the left hand frame. ;)

Oh - I've never seen that - thank you....
It is well hidden, isn't it.

I knew it was there and just spent a few minutes trying to spot it so I could point out where to find it.
