This mornings rain has sodded off but it looks soaked out there.. so it will be finish coffee, walk Bertie, bath Bertie then wash bathroom and kitchen floors. Before deciding whether I can be bothered to do any exercise.

No hound walk this morning as the wife has taken them on holiday, had a walk anyway as they have trained me well.

Work snizzle and running with a couple of pals later - not 20ish years younger - so a couple of whippets and a donkey. Will be tight but hopefully catch the England game

Slept well after yesterdays bike communt and apple based recovery drinks. Working away on this years objectives for the team and assorted admin gumph. May watch some footy tonight for a change.

Working at work, oil the remaining fence panels this evening and fettle the gate latch.
Probably football to see what all of the fuss is about and may even watch all of it before bed.
Tuna salad for lunch and some meal prep concoction for dinner.
