Nice and sunny. So it will be finish coffee then walk Bertie, followed by climbing and weights. Later is Pilates and is squashy ball tonight apparently.

WFH - hospital rather than home though 😂Unsure of the weather as I can’t see a window from my bed. Think I should be released soon, just need another round of tests.

Anyhoos, lovely sunny start but still nippy. Was definatly thinking I needed an extra layer for the first few miles but as I turned down a different part of the route the sun hits so it warmed up a tad. Then came the big hill and I was positivly roasting by that point.
