The long story is this.In the summer of 2023 Mrs P decided we needed to clean out everything plant/flower wise in the back garden,and build a raised bed,then we would improve the soil by topping up this awful clay stuff we all have in this street.So we got started the lot went,then we had our Southern Sights and Sounds USA holiday with Titan Tours,the idea was to start the week after we got back,from her dads after we had looked after him,it being our turn.Well i began feeling tired.So on returning home Mrs P got me to go to the health centre.09-15 Weds i saw the young doc.at 09-30 i was on my way to a special unit.At 15-00 i was asked to return Thursday for more tests.At 15-00 i was told i had a lymphoma cancer.Gardening took a back seat.So luckily i was in remission by late December 2023.No plans to do anything here,but son needed help with his first house and three day visits to care for an ageing parent.Then in June 2025 major changes here F I L came to live with us,decorating and alterations to the house.Well one year further on we are ready to finally build a raised bed.So the timber is for that.I bet you wished you had not asked.
